After an year of refinance last year, we went back to Shibu Jose for Refinance with Cash out option. Knowing my case from the past and assessing the current situations, within a day he came back with multiple options that will give the benefit upfront in the beginning Vs in the long run and provided the complete details of each option for us to choose from. Once we chose the option, he did mention that the closing will be completed by a date and believe me, the closing was done by that date. We were looking at so many options for our refinance - 15 year vs. 30 year, combining two mortgages into one. We tried working with our bank, but became very frustrated at their inflexibility. Given the fact that my case is a little challenging because of my Credit Rating and having already not getting my desired rate of interest from other Mortgage Lenders/Banks , I have approached Shibu Jose from Cedent Mortgage and he took up my loan case with personal care/touch and discussed with me all the scenarios and then recommended  multiple options on the rate of interest for me to choose from , which I did like and then he did promise me that he will get the Loan processing complete in less than 3 weeks which he did in a very timely manner.
